There is a serious fraud on Mpesa in Nyandarua and Nakuru counties. Be careful. For a period of one week or so, Mpesa customers has lost millions of shillings from fraudulent thags who are calling Mpesa agents and customers and pretending to be calling from safaricom customer care. They are claiming that they have already blocked the line and within no time, they empty your occount. They are doing it in two ways. 1. They call anyone at random and tell them to go to the nearest Mpesa agent or they block his or her line. 2. They call the mpesa agent directly and claim to block the line. The first codes that they tell you to daily to unlock your line will bar your call and sms so in the whole process you will not receive a message neither will you call safaricom for Reversal.
