THE WEEK STARTED WITH A HEATED CURRENCY OF THE GRAFT IN THE GOVERNMENT MINISTRIES A CONTINUATION OF LAST WEEK’S IMPEACHMENT WHERE NANDI HILL MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT AFRED KETER WAS COLLECTING A 180 SIGNATURES FROM RELEVANT MPS TO PUSH A MOTION  TO IMPEACH DEVOLUTION CABINET SECETARY ANN WAIGURU. A MOVE MANDATED BY THE RULE OF LAW AND THE SOVEREIGN CONSTITUTION. IN ARTICLE 152 OF THE KENYAN COUNSTITUTION THE CABINET IS HIGHLIGHTED AND WHICH INCLUDES THE PRESIDENT, THE DEPUTY PRESIDENT , THE ANTONEY GENERAL AND THE CABINET SECRETARIES, WITH THE PRESIDENT HAVING A MANDATE TO  NOMINATE THE CABINET SECRETARIES WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY WHICH HE DID AND THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY APPROVED IT.
