Uhuru Starts Early Campains in Opposition-Leaning Regions

Is Uhuruusing development Goodies as a PR.

President Uhuru Kenyatta moving from county to county giving Jubilie government initiatives in development. On Tuesday he outlined a raft of development initiatives in Ukambani. There is nothing wrong with that in fact that is what will make Kenya a well developed nation. But why is he doing it almost to the end of his term in office? Is it a clever way for Jubilee government, to cover up for almost four years of corruption? It is it part of his campaign?

Few weeks ago, he appointed Dan Kazungu as the new Cabinet Secretary for the ministry of mining but three weeks prior to Malindi by election, he spent time launching, pioneering and promising the entire coastal region. What was the implication of this?
Why is he targeting the opposition-leaning regions so much? Now we might argue that he was elected serve those who elected and those who didn't, but we must be clear here. No motive is to tabled in our arguments.
Cabinet secretaries who were paraded before the delegation included James Macharia (Roads), Eugene Wamalwa (Water), Jacob Kaimenyi (Lands), Charles Keter (Energy) and Joe Mucheru (ICT). What does this imply. Macharia

is there to ensure that the Ukambani people get good roads, Wamalwa to solve the water problem in the region Keter to ensure that there is energy and Mucheru to initiate digitalisation.
I think that solving corruption issues and the controversial IEBC issues could have been better than starts campaign this early Mr. president
