A family in Soweto area, Kahawa West, is in agony after their boy was shot by police officers on Sunday evening. In this new service 'reverse call' the cost of phone calls will be paid and call the phone. To make a call, you put the hashtag (#), before the phone number. The one who receives will be given a choice to accept or deny. Here is the thing, many people who will be calling you, will be using this method to call free while you will be on the receiving end for paying for the rates.
